Just small changes in your day to day



Good morning!

As we know there are many ways of becoming an optimistic person forever!
And what happens is that positiveness bring positive things to you, clear is the example of meeting happy people, they do change your mood usually! So that means most of the people they meet are going to be happy at least when they are together. Also when you become positive, your brain start to react against the negative, like stopping to listen or just not taking it inside, so it is more difficult to follow a negative one!

I have watched this video which teach me few things we can do to change our life, they are small things and work!

3 Gratitudes (Everybody like to hear nice things about their selves, so go for it, say thank you and say how cool and great people are!)

Journalism (Will need to practice this one, but I understand it as write your diary and finish all you have in there, that will make you feel as you are achieving goals)

Exercise (Can become like a drug, your mind become so clear after that, creativity comes up and your health increases!)

Meditation (Will need to practice that too, will put it in my diary ;))

Random Acts of Kindness (Smile to random people! help when someone need it! Be creative

And always say: GOOD MORNING!!!!
